Churchill Addis Ababa Hotel

While the rooms at this hotel were certainly spacious, the service, unfortunately, did not match the price point. We were particularly disappointed with the lack of wifi, bathroom falling apart mid-shower and in particular the breakfast experience. The buffet was inadequately stocked, and despite requesting specific breakfast items, we waited for over an hour with the impression that our food wasn't being prepared. To add to the frustration, we were rushed to finish our meal as we were told the airport shuttle was waiting, even though we had ample time. When the food finally arrived, it was not what we had ordered, and to top it off, we were asked to pay for a drink (considering the shoddy breakfast experience I would expect them to let it go). While I don't mind paying for a service, I expect that service to be provided and not begrudgingly.

Amazing experience, great staff, great location, great facilities, I had a great 2 days stay here, will always come back to same place...!!!

1. They lied to me they will pick me from the airport they never 2. They told me they will refund my taxi money from airport they never 3. My room was never cleaned for the 2 out of 4 nights I slept there 4. They never follow client requests

Room size was good, wifi was good and location was good. However, there were mosquitoes, door lock doesn't feel safe, toilet windows were not covered with curtains , shower needed some maintence also breakfast was not good.
