Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber.

Der Service war sehr schlecht. Mir war bewusst, dass im Ramadan andere Regeln gelten. Daher habe ich nachgefragt, ob der 24 Std Roomservice auch gilt. Ich wollte um 9 Uhr abreisen, das Restaurant öffnete aber erst um 9 Uhr. Am Abend vorher habe ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben für 8 Uhr. Es kam niemand und es gab auch keine Rückmeldung. Der Empfang des großen Hotels war auch nach 8 Uhr nicht besetzt. Ich hätte eine deutliche Information im Zimmer, der Lobby oder...erwartet, so dass man sich als Gast einstellen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gast war inakzeptabel.

Poor management. Nothing open till 11 AM to even get a coffee. My toddler needed his milk early in the morning I had to drive and find a store to buy milk. The next day when I handed over the milk in the evening for the next morning, the milk did not come cold enough (not sure it was actually put in the fridge over night) and made my son sick!

Excellent value for the huge suite. Great food and service.

Not really a holiday resort with very little going on.

Excellent place, very kind and helpful staff. I totally recommend it.

The sound of music at the caffe was too loud and they were playing till late night.
