Family Hotel Kartala

The Place Is clean, The staff woman there(or owner, not sure)was super polite. Very close to the center of the city (less than 5mins walk away). I don't recall if we watched TV there, but it had a TV in the room. We made use of the refrigerator that was in the room too. They seem to offer some food downstairs as well i believe (can't guarantee on that), we just had coffee/juice there. It has parking space for few cars with fence. Absolutely best for this price.

Good value for money! Great location for transit. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

This was a great hotel to stay in. The room was comfortable, the owner was friendly and the location was really good. I stayed for over a week and the owner never troubled me to pay - “when you want”. I felt welcome there and I would definitely return.

Communication was a problem at times because the owner didn’t speak English, but we always found a way - GoogleTranslate, or a family member to help, so not really a complaint. I learned some Bulgarian while I stayed there!

It is amazing family hotel. The owners are like a family members. Love that place and people.

Clean, quiet place with great value for money

You won’t find better hosts than these. They guided us around, offered us all kinds of things. Truly amazing people!

It’s not the fault of the hotel, but we had the window open Saturday night while we were sleeping, and there were drunk people walking o the streets being loud, but once the window was closed, the sound disappeared, again showing that this is a top hotel!
