MYThe staffs were very helpful and friendly. There's also an elevator to get to all levels. Parking is also available around the area, and the staff was helpful enough to tell me what app to download and use and how to pay for the parking (parking rates apply from 8am onwards). There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Alot! 1) The shower head broken (both the big and small shower)..the big one totally cannot use..the small one you have to hold the small handshower (the holder already broken) when you shower..so annoying! 2) I didn't sleep well because the door cannot lock from inside..can only use that chain to lock..asked the receptionist the door can't lock from inside then they said oh ya but nobody can enter the room only who have the card can enter the room..but still of course the staff or housekeeping have the extra card right?! Anything can happen! Totally not safe! 3) The mirror..okay fine its behind the door but atleast put light near the mirror..totally dark i can't see anything! 4) Not a safe area..stray dogs infront of the hotel..called the hotel asked them because im too afraid to walk to the hotel from my car..she said oh the dog won't do anything..not helping! I have to wait about 10 minutes in the car..to wait until the stray dog go far away Will i come back again to stay here? NO! I used to stay at way more cheaper than this hotel with the facilities way better than this..so not worth it!
