Surroundings

Large room with a very comfortable bed, small Kitchenette which was fantastic Lovely decor Beautiful lighting A little outside space Nice rooftop Friendly staff

We gave notice of our check in time as it was going to be late, we'd travelled very far and we're exhausted when we arrived the the guy didn't speak English and they only gave us one room despite booking two and paying for two,it took a long time and a lot of stress due to the language barrier to try and get our second room key which when you're exhausted and dirty is just not pleasant. Our rooms had blocked drains, so the bathroom flooded and the sink, I had to wash in the kitchen sink. The WiFi didn't work either We ordered breakfast, ( fruit and pancakes) we had a flight. The waiter disappeared for 25 minutes to return with a Google translation of No pancakes But didn't bring the fruit or anything so we'd now run out of time to eat and we'd paid for breakfast! I brought this all the the attention of the hotel to try and rectify they just fobbed me off with contact booking.com customer service which is basically pointlessness. So we paid for a hotel to Sleep comfortably: check no complaints there. Wash: Nope! Eat: Have breakfast before boarding a flight, Nope! Wifi: To do our online check in: Nope! The staff are friendly and try to help but they speak no English which puts them in an unfair position in my opinion, as this hotel had a lot of problems and no management around so these staff with no English get the brunt and it's not fair on them! This hotel could have been amazing as the rooms were great etc but it's a shame as it ended up being a really horrible experience and the owners clearly don't care.
