"i won't stay there again, since there are other properties with a sea view"

we paid extra for a seaview room and got a regular on the first floor. i emailed the management about this and they tried to deceive me by giving me an upgraded room with air conditioning. it was cold outside and we didn't need an airconditioner. also there was a coffee maker in the room that didn't have a coffee pot
