Hotel Alpenflora

I had a 4 night stay and don't want to leave, I liked everything: the gourmet food, the service and friendliness, the landscape, the pool and spa..I moved with public transport and having the guest card and a bus stop nearby was also great..I will just have to come back :)

Wir hatten ein sehr modernes schönes Zimmer, kurze Wege zum Hotelrestaurant und Pool. Sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, wenn man wandern möchte, nur wenige Minuten von der Seiser Alm entfernt

קשה שבחדרים הפחות חדשים אין מזגן, נפלנו על גל חום באירופה, בלילה חרקים נכנסים עם חלונות פתוחים אז השארנו סגור. יאמר לזכותם שהביאו לנו מאוורר אבל עדיין היה חנוק בחדר.

Absolutamente tudo perfeito! Desde a recepção no hotel nos recebendo com um free welcome drink e nos levando até o quarto, até todo o serviço do staff sempre muito atenciosos, educados e sorridentes! A localização é excelente e fica a poucos metros do Alpi di Siussi. O hotel conta com quarto e cama super aconchegantes e estrutura de resort de luxo, com piscinas aquecidas, incluindo uma com borda infinita, e diversas opções de sauna, spa e massagem, recomendamos a todos uma estadia no Alpenflora.

The hotel and staff are excellent. It has a bit more of a "spa" feel to it with the pool at wellness area. Breakfast is buffet style and starts at 7am. Dinner is a 5-course a-la-carte menu and starts around 6pm. There are snacks, fruit and a salad bar available midday. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is definitely designed in a way where you could stay there all day and just relax.

I wish dinner was available a bit later, or perhaps there was a slightly more flexible late-night dinner option. Our trip was centered around seeing several of the local sites and sunsets in the mountains which sometimes meant getting back too late to enjoy the dinner, as they require you to be in the dining room by 9pm so there's enough time to serve you. This isn't really a negative, just a consideration if you plan to do sunset hikes in spring or summer when the sun sets later.
