The hotel room was great it was pretty big for a great price. I love Greece it’s so beautiful

The room was very clean. All the employees were very kind especially Matilda.

The water of the shower comes out.

The property is central, walking distance to alot of restaurants and shops. It was the best location for us since we didn’t rent a car

Lovely large room. Stylishly furnished and well equipped. Balcony.

Access from the street. Felt a bit vulnerable late at night on my own.

Door lock was ‘difficult’ I couldn’t get air con to work

Clean comfortable room on edge of old town. There is a staffed reception making checkin straightforward. Pleasant staff. There’s street parking and if nothing available there’s a large carpark at end of street, that you will need the Chania parking app for. Bars, restaurants and marina start at 250 m stroll away.

The room balcony could not be accessed or used because of a permanently fixed fly screen in front of the double doors. Bit unusual. Street relatively quiet but a bit scruffy.

Ideal location. Good value for money. Friendly host. Clean and tidy. Balcony was small but purposeful.

The location is great, 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the port. The cleanliness is excellent. The communication with the reception is very easy and fast, they are polite, helpful and always respond if there is a problem.
