"DO NOT STAY HERE!"

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. You put me in a cheaper room than I booked. I booked a King Room with Balcony. You put me in a cheaper room with no balcony. Then I wait one hour while the other room is cleaned. It was 5pm so why is the room not ready?? Then finally get the room I booked and the two towels are damp and filthy with DARK BROWN stains on them! Disgusting. Wjen I demand clean not damp towels, they tell me they have none, I need to wait for towels to arrive from laundry. What a joke of a hotel!! In the new room the TV does not work, told it is not possible. The wash basin is blocked and will not empty. Man comes to fix. Next morning wash basin is blocked again. Go to reception AGAIN as the phone in room does not work and reception tell me they cannot fix wash basin, TV or phone and will move to me another room! I refuse to move to a third room. This hotel is a disgrace. Do not stay here!!!
