The location is great, easy access to Old Town. Staff amazing- the only person we interacted with was the gentleman that helped us with the car rental but he was so helpful and nice. Highly recommend their services

Cleanliness can be a bit improved. Our towels have not been replaced in three days and I gelt like it was not vacuumed/mopped on our daily cleaning as it was still sand from the day before on some parts off the floor. No water was provided which isn’t a anyway mentioned but everywhere we stayed in Crete they provided.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Tellus City... Location was brilliant, literally a hop, skip and a jump to the beach and restaurants! Our room was mega clean, with a regular change of bedding and towels during our weeks stay. All staff were happy, polite and very helpful making it a relaxed atmosphere! ☺️

Super lokalizacja 1 min od plaży. Pokój czysty, sprzątany codziennie Właściciel bardzo miły Dużym plusem prywatny parking, ponieważ ciężko znaleźć miejsca na ulicy. Zdecydowanie polecam

We had a great family stay at this Tellus hotel! The hotel is within 1 minute walk from the beach side!!! From the balcony we had part sea view. The check in time is 15.00 but we checked in at around 13.00. We are a family of 4 people, so we had a king size bed and 2 single beds for the adult children. Matrasses and pillows were perfect, the room had very small kitchen with fridge and kettle for tea/coffee, some cups and small spoons, knife. The bathroom has liquid soaps both for hands and for shower. And the bathroom has also towel hangers!!! Several))) Even next to the front door there were hangers for the clothes) This is 1st time I see in European hotel so many hangers)) Our special thanks to the cleaner – thank you dear! She was coming every day for cleaning and were quickly responding to all our small requests. The host/the owner is very nice and pleasant person, always in touch with guests and ready to help. Tellus hotel 1st floor also has car rent out office. To be honest – next time we are in Khanya, we will 1st check availability in this hotel before doing any other hotel search. Еfcharistó! Big room, location 50m from beach. Close to city center. We had morning flight-in and free earty check was available. We could leave our bags after check-out and use the toilet for evening flight back.

Hezký hotel s velikým pokojem. Hotel hned u pláže jen pár minut od centra. Výhled přímo na staveniště, pokoj spíše jednoduší, ale celkový dojem byl určitě dobrý.
