"Home away from Home"

Amazing cozy stay, feels like home. Very quiet area and quite close to the airport. Stella was kind enough to wait up even though check in was past midnight. Thankyou. Orientation was precise. Very very clean and the breakfast was delicious and filling. Be sure to try out the tea!! Also requested for airport transfer in and out and it went smooth. N. was punctual and made great conversation 😁

Everything was perfect!! Our host Stella was so lovely, funny and helpful. We had big fun in the Restaurant with the locals while watching a TV-football-game. Breakfast was very tasty. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are clean. We would come again for sure! ASANTE SANA 😊

"Great hospitality and stay!"

Stella was very kind and thoughtful. While our plane had some delay and we had some additional delay on our way to the Lodge, she waited for us until we arrived at 1am. Since we had our next flight at 10am the next day, she prepared breakfast for us at 7.30 the next morning. The room was very okay; clean. We chose the lodge since it was the only place close to the airport we found which had mosquito nets in the room. Very happy about our stay and the hospitality of Stella. Thank you for the great (but short) stay!

Stella is very warmth welcoming and very helpful.she concerns about our safety and make sure we are safe.she always served us with great smile on her face. Feel very blessed to connect with Stella in Tanzania. We were very worried before we came to Tanzania but Stella made our journey very calm and we feel more confident for our further traveling in Tanzania.

"Even Better than I expected"

I really enjoyed my stary in Haika home lodge, I konw nothing and nobody about Dar before I came here, but the host Stella and her family have made me felt safe and warm, and she has provided me with every useful information that I need.

Stella is a fantastic host, personable and highly attentive. My booking was made at short notice but she did everything possible to make my stay convenient (organising meals and transfers etc.). The rooms are good quality at great value.
