The location was perfect, and the staff were lovely. Janis from reception was lovely. She seemed to be doing every job and was very helpful, and friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

There was a fire in the laundry room at 10 pm due to a tumble dryer going on fire. We had to evacuate the building while 2 fire engines dealt the fire. We were allowed back in at 11.30pm

Location, staff and we have stayed at the hotel several times. Dog friendly room

We did not know that the hotel no longer provides breakfast. It would have been helpful to have been told this on check in. Bed was very uncomfortable. We were unable to have dinner as there were two large parties taking place.
