Hotel Nikol

Прекрасен хотел с истинский минерален басейн. Дори и през ноща можеш да плуваш.

Басейнът е страхотен. Сауната също ни хареса. Персоналът е любезен. Храната в ресторанта е вкусна.

Стаята, която ни дадоха, беше с легло персон и половина..не беше подходяща за двама човека. Отделно не беше особено чиста, наложи се да искаме ново покривало, тъй като това в стаята беше с миризма на цигари. Парната баня е слаба, не успява да достигне нужната температура. Въпреки това, като цяло ни хареса, главно заради външния минерален басейн.

The pool is great and the water is warm. The food is delicious. The service is good.

The first day the breakfast was from a menu and everything was great, we ordered pancakes for the kids at 10am and everyone got what they wanted. We decide to stay a second day and then we were “surprised” with buffet breakfast. There were no pancakes left at 9:45am, even when we asked to order and pay they said they don’t have any mixture left. Please stop with the stupid buffet breakfast, all guests pay for the same breakfast and if you cannot provide enough food for everyone you should not offer it. While our kids could NOT get pancakes for breakfast, all the other kids were eating pancakes all day around the pool. We are on vacation we don't want to wait in a line first thing in the morning to see who can steal the most food for the day, and we don’t want to pay for such behavior.
