The view could be the only merit

If I can give no star at all, I wouldn’t hesitate. The most horrible place you would ever go to. NOT SAFE ..DIRTY..NO VALUE FOR MONEY 1. The place looks creepy with many dogs around. In order to reach the “hotel”, you go through a lushy passage in a secluded place, and you wouldn’t feel safe, especially if you are a group of ladies only. There are few men working there and one female. They all seem unsettling. 2. It is too expensive for a very unclean and old place. The furniture may look vintage and cool, but actually it is old, broken and you can see layers of dust on each and every piece. The bed linens are smelly and frayed. The toilet is awful with no new toilet rolls. You’d go and find a dirty and used toilet roll. There are 2 old and dusty glasses in the room with a broken kettle. You wouldn’t risk touching them, and there is no fridge in the room, and there is no phone to call the reception for instance. You down the stairs to ask them for whatever you want. 3. Horrible customer service: we booked two rooms and when we reached the hotel, they did not have but one room for us because they mistakely thought we booked one only. And guess what, to solve the problem, they offered us a second horrible room near the creepy reception and the dogs that roam around the hotel. When we refused, they promised they would refund the 2nd room, and they never returned the money. They don’t care about the guests, and they have only few, so they make all the bookings nonrefundable, so if even you don’t like the place or they service, they still got the money, and you go to hell. That’s the kind of service you receive. We couldn’t stay there because one of us was sick, but that was a blessing, as we wouldn’t feel safe in a place where the owner and the employees conspire against the guests to rip them off.

Difficult communicating with staff as none spoke English. Had to speak on phone to owner.

Peaceful place within nature I loved the scenery of the garden and the lake We stayed one night, The host is very kind and responsive The breakfast was delicious 10 minutes from Tunis village and all the common places for going out

The entrance to the hotel from the main road is not easy but you get used to it

Enjoyable and restful garden for delicious dinner. We enjoyed the company of the owner’s very friendly dogs. Good setting in the heart of nature, with beautiful flora and fauna

The food was beyond amazing, the location is execptional you can see qaroon lake from the hotel

The place is like a piece of heaven, the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The food is the best in fayoum and i am not exaggerating, Definitely i am coming here again.
