De welwillendheid van het hotelpersoneel. Idem de hulpvaardigheid van dat personeel toen ik op de parkeervoorzieningen niet kon vertrekken door ijsplekken en sneeuwval.

De organisatie van de catering was bijzonder bureaucratisch, waarmee ik bedoel dat er strikt op toegekeken werd op de aangegeven uren terwijl je nog aan het eten bent. Idem was mijn hotelkamer afgeleefd en slecht geïsoleerd.
