Nothing simply nothing

It was a horrendous experience. Though i have paid the partial amount but to our surprise hotel staff told that they do not have room available with them. I checked in at 6:00 AM which i have notified earlier, however they simple denied the room. When i called the customer care (fab hotels) they too took this whole issue so lightly that i felt helpless. After lot of aggresive discussions they shifted us to a nearby hotel . Have been travelling and staying in hotels across india from last 15 years but never had such pathetic experience. Just avoid this property especially when travelling with family, as it might ruin your travel plans. Also booking.com and fab hotels should start owning up such mistakes and reprimand the hotel owners / staff else it will come up as a nexus.
