Spa, swimming pool and food

The bathroom was stinking and was smelling very bad but it was looking clean. Also requested king size bed in booking.com but got twin beds which made us uncomfortable to sleep with toddler

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter (bis auf eine Dame) Wellnessbehandlungen sehr gut. Spa Bereich sehr schön. Frühstück gut.

Bei den Zimmern ist Luft nach oben (für 4 Sterne). Vom Balkon aus kein schöner Anblick. (Schrottplatz und aussortierte WC's,...) Frühstück gut und für jeden was dabei, jedoch teilweise brauner, trockener Rand bei Wurstscheiben.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Heidehotel Ingolstadt. Das Deluxe-Zimmer war angenehm groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist absolut der Hammer – sowohl der Indoor- als auch der Outdoor-Pool sind wirklich toll gestaltet und laden perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Auch das Frühstück war super, mit einer guten Auswahl und guter Qualität. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir außerdem das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
