Extremely small room. Tragic self check-in - very uncomfortable to type many personal details into big touchscreen at main door.

Nähe zum Flughafen.

Im von uns bezogenen Zimmer hatte der Gast vor uns wohl auf der Toilette geraucht, das war nicht schön. Der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat uns daraufhin anstandslos ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, da war alles okay. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht und den günstigen Preis passt das.

"Als je vroeg vanaf Dortmund airport moet vertrekken heel efficiënt. Maar verder wel erg mensenvriendelijk"

Kamer ok en geluiddicht . Op loopafstand van het vliegveld, dat is reuze handig.

De geautomatiseerde incheckbalie (vanaf circa 21.09 uur) is buitengewoon klantonvriendelijk. Het systeem lijkt gebruik te maken van ‘artificial stupidity’. Op zich vanuit kostenoverweging begrijpelijk dat er ‘s avonds geen personeel is. Maar zorg dan voor een fatsoenlijk werkende incheck procedure, die je vooraf met je smartphone kunt doorlopen.
