The location as it is very near in the airport.

The noise coming from the traffic is disturbing my sleep. It would be very nice if they installed some sound proofing as their hotel is near the street.

"Non-existent customer service"

Due to late-arriving flight, we needed a hotel with 24-hour desk and late check-in near airport. They took the money but refused to check us in late. Basically, they took the payment for the service they were not able to provide. I was never able to contact this property about the issue. Not even Booking.com could contact them. They took the money and completely ignored us, only sending automated messages from time to time.
