Balcony and view was very nice.

Hotel is very modern and quiet, the rooms are very clean and cozy. Breakfast is very well done and the service is amazing too. Last but not least the reception personnel is professional, kind and multi-language speaker, the young girl working during the noon hours has a very fluent Italian and gave us info about the best attractions in the city. Thank you! We will be back soon.

The location of the property was amazing! Really close to the city center and overseeing a beautiful church. The staff was really polite and accommodating, even after a booking error on my part. The breakfast was great and was table served in a very cozy cafe attached to the hotel.

Even though our stay was amazing, I have a couple of minor points which I'll put here as constructive feedback. In the room there were some signs of minor degradation in some parts of the room, like the shower drainage and the wallpaper. Minor maintenance work would fix all those. Another point would be the state of the common toilets. I used those facilities twice, just before my check-in and after my check-out 2 days later and it looked neglected by the cleaning staff. Also, some degradation in the hardware

Emplacement exceptionnel, petit déjeuner très respectable, lits confortables. Petit bémol sur la salle d’eau très petite avec peu d’intimité, mis-à-part ça c’était parfait !

The hotel is located in the city center with an excellent view from our 5th floor top suit with a nice jacuzzi. There are so many excellent restaurants next to the hotel that it was hard to pick the best one. Moreover, there is a touristic bus station very close to the hotel. On top of that there are lots of nice shops around. The staff was very supportive and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.
