Fantastic location by the river and the Province Capitol. Room with a balcony, rooftop and 360° view of the city. Swimming pool, bar and a small restaurant, great staff.

location

i tried to get a massage one hour before the closing time, they denied me of the service as they said they are tired already. they want me to walk 5 minutes outside the street to go to the other massage place. Frustrating.
