INNO ROOM SERVICE - The restaurant in the property, ARAFA, is more for the outside crowd rather than the guests. It was difficult especially, for the morning coffee and dinner. Also, they are not very adept at handling crowds. It would be good if the hotel can work on the same. In fact, it is encouraged that we go out and eat since ARAFA is not equipped or at times even willing to handle room service.

property is good with amenities for the money they charged in Kanyakumari is high. location is little far from main locations like sunrise and sunset points.

it’s not exclusive resort but it has banquet for open air functions. this disturbs the purpose of stay . I didn’t like to include that in the resort. also swimming pool was not provided with changing rooms and it’s not contained but open to dogs so nice hotel but not worthy for the calmness and pleasant stay expected
