Hotel Sangam

Location of Property is very good. Main attractions are on walking distance from Hotel.

High waiting time for check-in. Family Room allotted to us was on lower ground. Ambiance of Room is dull. rooms windows open on narrow road behind the hotel. Where lot of Noise of Parked vehicle is there. There no view from Lower ground rooms. It was required to remind twice to get Towels. No toiletries in Wash room.

Unprofessional Hotel. When I reached near to Kanyakumari, they cancelled the booking. I was forced to plan something else.

Location was good. Breakfast had very limited option and not of good quality as well. Only Veg option is there. Better to put at least egg in the menu.

Staff involvement and more room services. Need to add some good quality complementary stuffs like tea, coffee, good quality soaps etc should be included.

Proximity to the seashore and monuments

Insisted on cash payment or Google pay to the worker instead of the hotel

Didn't like the food at all....too costly and not worthy

Service was excellent. We had the power failures many times during our stay. Therefore, AC stopped working. We were given a single room instead of two separate rooms that we had requested and paid for.

Better air conditioning in a large room.
