Staff can be more welcoming

The property is located about 25/30mins from the pier if you walk, or a short 8 minute taxi, The hotel is close to 7/11 and has a couple of nice bars near by that play different styles of music! The photos of rooms do not do them justice as they are so lovely and look better In person! they even have Samsung smart TVs so you can watch YouTube,Netflix or Amazon prime! The beds are super comfy with plenty of pillows. they provide free earplugs due to the hotel being close to the bars playing music but we didn’t find the music an issue or disturbing. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace where you can eat breakfast and watch the traffic go by! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful if you need any help, we met with the hotel owner one evening and socialised over a drink and conversation who offered to take my partner to get her nails done if she wanted to! Loved this hotel so much I extended my stay and missed my next booking in krabi!

I don’t like that I’m unable to stay here forever

The facilities in the room are incredible. Huge tv with streaming services. Fridge + thermo cups + robes all great amenities. Comfy bed with 2 pillows each. Staff friendly and helpful. Great spa downstairs that offers 10% off to hotel guests.

There is some noise from the club next door however if you’re used to hostels it won’t be an issue. Our door opened by itself even when locked, luckily this only happened as we were about to check out and we assume it was the wind. However would have been a different story if this happened during in the night. I’m sure hotel would have sorted.

Very good value for the location, with plenty of bars and shops nearby, you can easily explore the island from here. The room is basic but offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

One note of caution: the air conditioning unit I had was leaking a fair amount, as it is located right above the TV. When it leaks, water can drip onto the TV. I recommend pulling the TV out as much as you can to prevent any water from reaching it, just in case it starts leaking.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is basic but everything we need, for this kind of breakfast cafe's take 100 baht. The facilities were nice, the room was comfy, and the shower was good. 20 min ride with a motorbike to every beach in Phangan. Close to mini c. Very pleased.
