The Kebon Lombok

Nos encantó todo, teníamos 2 noches contratadas y ampliamos porque las instalaciones están genial, ubicación perfecta para poder descansar bien y en moto cerquita de todo. El personal increíble, el desayuno riquísimo y súper abundante. Un trato exquisito. El mejor hotel de nuestra estancia en indonesia en 15 días.

pool was never quite clean. the breakfast wasn't very good.

I loved how friendly and relaxed the staff was. The room was exactly what I expected looking at the photos. Clean, bright, quiet. Excellent bed and pillows and the shower was great.

No good coffee. I know it's a detail but that would have been the icing on the cake.

Nice stay, nice staff

We had a great stay at Kebon Lombok. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the main road, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The gardens and pool were very clean, peaceful, and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The internet connection was also excellent, which made everything very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lombok.

One small area for improvement would be to proactively ask guests if they would like daily room service, as this would make the experience even better.

Beautiful gardens, pool and villas. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was delicious, the banana pancakes superb! It's tucked quietly away from the noise and busy streets but a short scooter ride to everything you'd need.

We stayed for 4 and nights and would have been good to get a clean and refresh toilet roll etc, we did ask and it wasn't a problem but might be good to do that for longer stays!
