"Superb"

The staff was super friendly and hostile at all times. Also the breakfast was amazing! The view from the room is nice - looking to the ocean. Also a mini fridge in the room which is nice for water or so.

The bathroom had a weird smell was definitely well cleaned though.

"Superb"

The staff was amazing! They offered me free ride to the town and they even picked me up. So lovely people! Great value for money!

There is no restaurant on site or shop nearby so keep that in mind

"Ocean View Villas"

Wonderfully helpful staff create a comfortable poolside retreat with ocean views.The staff,Tono,Adok,Harri and Bino couldn't do enough to make your stay a happy one. Breakfast was great and there is a warung close by for deliveries or eat out. I only discovered on my last day that there is a road that gives you access to the quiet end of the beach.

The kettle was very slow to boil for the free tea and Lombok coffee. A general observation is the long distance between steps on stairs all over Lombok and perhaps Bali. Takes a bit of getting used to when climbing up them and coming down.

"An okay stay in a poorly located and badly staffed villa."

Good clean rooms, nice pool. The free breakfast was also very yummy.

Far out from the rest of Kuta, you need to rent a scooter to get around. The staff weren’t very attentive and at times ignored us when we were stood at reception waiting. They also left the key in our door when we had the room cleaned, which was a bit of a safety concern, considering we left valuables in the room. In some ways the staff acted unprofessional at times.

It is beautiful, staff is amazing, view is breathtaking and they offer a lot of services. Also the breakfast is 10/10

Only thing I can think of is that the last part of the road to here is a bit rocky with scooter. Rest part was amazing
