Staff very friendly,I like that pet welcome do to my dog can stay because no one home and I need holiday,good location, 200m to the beach, big bathroom ,good size bed room,new air conditioner .reasonable price.I like that you can eat Thai street food 400m walk only.lot of grocery store.

Shower and toilet have to be separate or plastic screen separate ,Shower need to be fix it too old and damaged.fire exit safety need to be considered improved ASAP.small pet only no lift,No car park is your own risk street parking.you only can call by phone after3pm or before that no answer.Mixer drink need to be more hospitality and ingredients Need more knowledge otherwise water and Syrup (Advice Order local beer only).

everything was closed when We came. no sign that We had to search for a side entrance or backdoor. ended up renting another hotel.

The Hotel is located 1 min walking distance from the beach and in the more quiet area of Pattaya. The rooms are very big and clean and the owner is very friendly and always willing to help! A 7-11 is around the corner and two night markets are in walking distance.

The location is the best, 50 meters from the Beach. Very good value for the money.

Finding the place is not easy. The address is wrong, and the entrance is closed during the daytime: you have to use the back side door.

there was no hot water, but the owner connected it right away, as requested. same with wifi
