"Apart from the reception staff we enjoyed our stay."

The location and the pool, the lady that serviced our room all good

The reception staff were extremely rude, abusive and unhelpful. they wouldn't even call a taxi or give us a No. for a taxi. These reception staff would be hard pressed to get a position at Fawlty Towers.

"If it wasn’t for the lobby staff, I would recommend the hotel, but I am hesitantto do so."

Location, swimming pools, fresh and windy lobby

Staff at the lobby was cold and not very friendly. The ones serving beers and coffee were, however, much nicer.

Massive car park and pool

Room smell so badly felt like nobody has been in there for a while. It’s got worst every time we go. But it’s our last time there. Won’t go back
