Hotel Hirsch

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were arriving off of an international flight, and we were a bit jet lagged. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I overslept in the morning, yet they provided me with a small plate of breakfast treats and hot coffee! It was very nice.

The room does not have AC.

The staff was very friendly, the room met all my expectations, good breakfast, very good hotel for a stay with a dog, I could charge my electric car. I had to go on both days to Offenburg: very convenient location

The room was across the main building in a house converted into hotel rooms. So the photos are very deceiving. It was too small for 3 adults. Even when I complained at the reception about going across the street, they didn't really seem to bother. The next morning, leaving the key, there was nobody to attend. Cold and distant staff also at breakfast. The bathroom ventilation fan was making a lot of noise, and I couldn't sleep. There was no connection possible with reception from our room . Luckily, we booked it for 1 night only!

Great hotel, pleasant staff who were always ready to help. The location of the hotel was basically a 2 minute walk from the train station. The rooms were comfy and the breakfasts were awesome! I'd definitely stay here on our next trip to Strassbourg.
