The man behind the counter was very helpful and polite. I don't speak Vietnamese very well and when I asked him to order me some dinner to eat in my room he was very willing to help me.

No hot water in the shower.

before we even made the booking we asked the staff if it would be possible to check in during the night (2am). they informed us they were open 24h, so we made the booking. after arriving at the hotel in the middle of the night it was closed and there was no one to be found. after messaging and calling someone came to open up for us in the end. the room was super cold.
