There was nothing to like about this property

This property was so bad my colleagues refused to stay for the second night so we left town early. Problems include that the property is old, run down and dirty. The shower had a small previously used soap, the room had an electric kettle but no tea or coffee was provided. The old steel-framed be sagged in the middle. My colleagues had huge cockroaches in their rooms.

No food available

Room was rundown. No food available Way overpriced

No breakfast. The young girl helping at reception was a credit to her family.

It met expectations for the centre of WA

The location was ideal just over half way between Port Hedland and Perth.

The rooms needed some proper maintenance and cleaning. There was a cockroach in the room, there was an electric cable running across the floor across the access to the bathroom which was a trip hazard. The bathroom sink was grimy and need cleaning. All in all the room needed proper maintenance. The bedside lights did not work as the switches didn’t function and there were no light bulbs.

The airconditoning was cold

The shower. The bed . The location however the staff were lovely and looks like they are trying to get it up and running

I didn’t stay there. When I arrived and looked at my room and turned the air con on it didn’t work and sounded like a jet engine. I immediately forfeited the money I paid and went across to the Commercial Hotel and booked a room. On my return to the hotel I was offered a better room with a better aircon…. Not sure why I was offered an apparently inferior room initially, then was told they had a better room…

this would have to be the worst hotel in australia. how this place even operates i don’t know. in all my years travelling, i have never come across such a hole. filthy, noisy, run down- don’t even think about staying here
