The location, the cleanliness and the hospitality of the owners. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Steep staircase, might be a problem for people with disability issues. Didn't see any ramp or device to help.

Great location and staff! Clean and good sized rooms! Great coffee place downstairs.

Aircon was not working properly and somehow no breakfast was provided even though it was included in the reservation price.
