"Pésimo servicio! Tiembla la cama cada rato"

Estuve en el cuarto piso, y la cama temblaba cada vez que pasaba un auto pesado. Quise cancelar los días posteriores que me quedaban de la reserva y no me quisieron regresar el dinero poniendo miles de pretextos. Pésimo servicio y actitud del personal. No lo recomiendo!!!

"Sin agua por la mañana"

La habitación se encontraba limpia

El baño era muy pequeño y tenía un poco de moho En la mañana que ocupaba bañarme muy temprano, no había agua y me dijeron que llegaría en una hora, al salir del hotel se lo comenté a la señorita en la recepción y sólo se río y dijo "SI NO HAY"

Esta ubicado cerca de oficinas y negocios, buena vista y buen trato del personal.

No salia agua caliente, solo un chorro pequeño del la regadera.

"Mucho ruido al realizar limpieza en otras habitaciones"

Las instalaciones están muy bien ubicadas

El lugar se encuentra limpio, pero por la noche hacen la limpieza de las habitaciones desocupadas y hacen ruido excesivo y con esto interrumpen el sueño de los que viajamos por cercanía a alguna actividad muy temprano.
