The Pictures and Wording was deceiving. Bad Value for money ! Sea view was bullshit and Overpriced ! Not recommended for holiday Very bad experience Staff not trained and hospitality

i didnt get water at 23 h as they did't fell out the fridge i have to wait one hour to get water in the middle of the night and only cause i shout a lot ... i stay there 3 times but they will never see me again .. for a 350 eur per night this is unacceptable fire all your staff

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. They will go out of their way to accommodate your requests. The location is fantastic, with amazing sunsets, and is sheltered, you are within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and only 12 minutes driving time from Grand Baie and 3 malls. The hotel has a car hire facility at its premises, so if you didn't consider a hired car, you can hire one when needed.

The housekeeping was inconsistent, while we went for breakfast at the same time every day, the room was sometimes cleaned while we were gone and other times cleaned during the day or on request. There is no turn down service, so you only get one set of towels for the day, considering that Mauritius is humid, there should either be additional towels or a turn down service and fresh towels for your return. I don't think our floor was properly cleaned once during our 6 nights. The food was average and in fact lunch on the only day we ate at the hotel was terrible.

Modern facility with nicely separated rooms. We had a (shared) private pool, as well as the hotel's own pool. Grounds were terrific with lots of birds and geckos. Food was very good. Staff were great. Really enjoyed our 2 nights there.

Snorkeling could have been better. They feed a few adolescent turtles in the bay for the tourists; most of whom do not know what they are doing. The reef is very beat up, but has some lovely fish.

Breakfast was adequate. Had no problem

Hôtel et personnel exceptionnel ! On a tout adoré !! Un lit ultra confortable et immense, les cocktails et le repas excellent, la vue exceptionnelle !!!! Et enfin tout le personnel aux petits soins pour un séjour de rêve Et l’hôtel est à taille humaine ce qui le rend très calme et reposant
