"Beutiful location bad managment"

The room/miny apartment was amazing and the breakfast and complimentary wine from the stuff was appreciated! All was clean and nice!

Unfortunately I am forced to rate the overall stay really bad due to the fact that the manager of the facility walked into my room in the middle of the night! Fortunately my suitcase was visible so they did not walk into the bedroom! The managment messed up the room booking and they assigned the same room to another couple (thank God they were my friends that just finished celebrating their wedding!!!). They did not even tell us that this happened and I had to hear it from my friends! They did not offer refund or partial refund neither to me nor to my friends!
