Nice little

I was on a motorcycle ride through Europe in September 2015. On September 22nd I had to stop riding early in the evening due to some heavy rain. I started calling the nearby hotels listed on my GPS. My luck that the two first hotels did not have any vacancy. I got their last room available that night. I was greeted with a beer at check-in and given room for the bike in their private garage. I was even thoroughly instructed how to open the garage door - in case I would need something from the bike or just leave early. They told me to hand them my wet outer clothes so they could dry it for me over night. The room was not very fancy, but clean and nice. I was offered access to the fridge downstairs so I could have more beers if I wanted. What really got to me was the friendliness and helpfulness I was shown by the staff. Feel welcome - you bet I did! I felt like a part of the family. I just wish them all the best for business and life in general. If my route is going back in that area I will certainly drop by - if only just to say hi and Thanks for a remarkable hospitality. Recommend them - YES of course!

The hotel is just 2 mins away from the busstop, which was quite convenient for me to catch a bus to my office. Might not be very fancy but Rooms are good. If you are staying for a long time then you will feel definitely at home. Since I was from another country, I was scared of the language issue, but the owner speaks fluent English and very kind person. Helped with all the details of how to go around the town and to places near by. Breakfast is good and price is pretty low. So had a pleasant stay. Sure to come back here for a Economic , friendly and comfortable stay.

This hotel is ranked as a 3 stars but it is really a 2 stars. Outside is not bad, but rooms needs to be renewed. Only the bath is quite new. Wifi is available in the rooms, but when many persons are connected it is not possible to use it because of the bandwidth. Breakfast is not so various and as cold drink you can choose only coffee or the. The hotel is located at about 15-20 minutes walk from the center of Neumunster.
