Hohe Parkplatzgebühr, gerade auch am Abreisetag Büffet ist nicht sehr anspruchsvoll/ abwechslungsreich Pool ist bei der Größe des Resorts deutlich unterdimensioniert

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich beschwere mich über die Buchung Mängel: Schwarzer Schimmel in der Duschdecke und Heizung defekt (Zimmertemperatur 13°C). Vor Ort beschwert – keine Reaktion seitens der Unterkunft Und ihrerseits Ich fordere eine Teilrückerstattung von mindestens 30 %. Fotos liegen bei. Bitte um Rückmeldung Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer Kein Empfang beim Frühstück Ab 9.30Uhr wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt obwohl bis 10 Uhr Frühstückszeit Kein Obst Der Schmutz von den Schwalben auf dem Balkon Kein Sitzkissen für Balkonstuhl

Der Ausblick

Dieses Hotel ist kalt und erinnert mich an einen Plattenbau aus DDR ZEITEN. Es ist minimal ausgestattet. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Steckdose 🫣 Die Halbpension am Abend war wie im Kinderferienlager.Die großen Scheiben beherbergten Dreck und Spinnen aus dem letzten Herbst.Die Fahrstühle haben auch ihre beste Zeit gelebt. Bin auch mal im Keller gelandet. Knöpfe mit Etagen fehlten. Sonntags Schwimmbad geschlossen. Also nach einer Nacht waren wir weg. Schade ums Geld.
