Die Lage ist top, direkt an der Ostsee und nicht weit vom Zentrum.

Unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Auf drm Teppich waren noch Sand und Haare vom Vorgänger , genauso wie im Bad. In der Toilette waren noch Reste vom Vorgänger! Habe ich weg gemacht und mit meinen Desinfektionstüchern gereinigt! Die nächtliche Ruhestörung von der defekten Telefonzentrale war nervig und hat uns zwri Stundfn Schlaf geklaut! Auf Reklamation kommt nicht mal eine akzeptable Reaktion?

Kein Wasser in der Dusche.Keine Beseitigung.Erst morgen Sehr Mangelhaft. Habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Kein Handwerker im Haus. Bei soviel Gästen.. Kein Notdienst. -6
