Garni hotel FILIA

For me as I travel for work and usually for 1 night, the following criteria are important to be very good for me: - clean and quiet room - confirmed; - comfortable and big bed, pillows - confirmed; - parking - confirmed; - wifi- confirmed; - breakfast- confirmed (but better to pay for coffee from the lobby) -restaurant - there's no restaurant in the hotel, but nearby there are enough good restaurants.

It was far from center

The staff was very friendly and ready to help

Modern bathrooms and friendly staff

Flys and stinky bugs in bedroom

Not clean: Dirty walls, not-so-fresh bed cloth, stained towel(s), stained (may as well be jizzed) cushion, dead flies in room, cigarette leftovers on balcony.

Nothing at all

At 7:30, there was almost nothing left on plates to eat. The explanation from staff later was that there were group of 10 people before on breakfast and ate everything. They even did not believe me that plates was empty and they look on cameras if i speak truth. First day there was no room service, even for replace the towels, second day i placed bed cover which was dirty for replace, but staff put the same back to bed. They charge 10€/day more over booking level3 as they have price list on reception for same room.
