Excelente trato y amabilidad del personal, tuvimos q pedir cambio de habitación x q mi marido no pudo dormir x el ruido ya q nos asignaron con vista a la calle, inmediatamente nos la dieron y en planta baja lo q fue muy cómodo para mí. Con gusto lo recomiendo y volvería a llegar nuevamente si vuelvo a Oaxaca.😍

"Mucho ruido, caro para lo que es"

Ubicación

En los cuartos se escucha todo, el cuarto de a lado, la calle, lo que pasa en los pasillos, en fin muy mala insonorización. Las fotos no concuerdan con el estado actual del hotel. Los propietarios cobran por todo.

El trato del personal, tuvimos retraso en la carretera y lo reportamos para el checkin, incluso nos confundimos y nos mandaron la ubicación por WhatsApp, lo que nos ayudó a llegar.

El horario del estacionamiento, sin embargo el personal del hotel nos abrió cuando se necesitó.

"Klein paradijsje"

Mega leuk en vriendelijk personeel dat ons ook goed heeft geholpen met allerlei leuke adresjes in Oaxaca en het boeken van tours. Hotel ligt in een leuke straat. De kamer was super schoon. De binnentuin is een oase van rust en fijn om je dag te starten met een kopje koffie.

Onze airco kreeg wat kuren, maar dat werd goed opgelost door het personeel.

Ubicación del hotel

Una situación muy grave que la administración del hotel manifiesta es que por las reservaciones de Booking no deja escoger la habitación que uno desea si no la que ellos disponen a pesar de haber disponibilidad
