La ubicación y el estacionamiento

No había señal de cable, no pude verla TV, el Internet pésimo, muy lento. El cubano qué nos atendio muy indiferente y poca atención, le pedí checara la TV porque no se podía poner la señal de cable y nunca llego, fué hasta la noche que pedí a una sra que estaba en lugar del cubano y trato de ayudar pero no pudo. No vuelvo a ir a ese lugar

"Perfect Location very bad Internet"

The location is great and the free parking is a huge plus . The staff is great too.

The internet is awful, and the TV is also impossible to watch because it lags every few seconds. But the quality of the internet is unacceptable.

Las instalaciones son bastante bonitas y muy coloridas, el detalle de las áreas verdes hace una experiencia bastante confortable.

Lo único que diría que podría mejorar es el estacionamiento que está en otro edificio, y la verdad es bastante complicada, la entrada y no recomendable para carros grandes o camionetas.

"They need some updates at the hotel but close to el zoocalo."

They need a better air conditioner, and make rules with the Guess about the noise at the hotel late night and early morning. Also the furniture need some repairs our closet door was bad...and the shower towels are pretty old.

2 blocks from the zoocalo and pretty garden.
