The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect. Walked everywhere with ease. The on site restaurant served a very tasty, freshly cooked, reasonably priced menu del dia in the beautiful courtyard . The courtyard and upper terrace was filled with flowering plants . Everything was very clean.

we loved the location, so close to the Centro and walking distance to a lot of the churches. Also walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Taco place right doen the street when late night cravings hit. The Room we stayed in was Huge, loved the high ceilings and the cool AC. Loved that i could move one of the beds up against the wall to keep my child from falling while asleep. the bathroom was clean and great inside our room and the shower had great pressure and was nivce and warm. Since it had great pressure the water did spill out of the shower area, but not a big deal. They came in and made our beds every day, and cleaned up. the front desk staff was all super helpful and pleasant. They gave us great suggestions and we were always greeted with a big smile.

i would have liked a bit more privacy with the window coverings they were sufficient but had a small crack where if someone came up close they could look inside, and a bit softer bed, it wasn't terrible I still slept fine but being a side sleeper it was hard on my shoulders, besides that everything was great

They are cash only. We had to use an ATM to get cash and paid a 16% fee. We should have read the fine print before booking.

Location is great, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It's just a block away from zócalo and walking distance from practically all attractives in downtown (mercado, andador turistico, the churches, the garden, etc). Right across the street there's a parking lot too, with whom they have special prices and you can leave your rental car if you have it, for the night.

The shower curtain is cloth, so when you shower , the whole bathroom floor is filled with water, making it slippery and a pain to clean up. There's no bathroom amenities, so bring your own shampoo. It wasn't a big deal for me since i always travel with bar shampoo and conditioner, but just a heads up.
