"Impressive"

The staff especially the housekeeping really impressed me and my family for being honest and professional. My children actually forgot their Ipad in the room. We only returned to the hotel the next day after checked out to collect the Ipad. The children were very happy to get their Ipad back. We will definitely repeat the stay at this hotel the next time we visit Phatthalung. Thank you!

Not managed to get the connecting room even we requested up front during the booking. Hard for us to manage as our children still small (oldest is 9 years old) .

Very friendly staff and great value for money

Nothing i didnt like. As my partner lives in phattalung i didnt even look at eating options so cant comment
