"A mix of pros and cons... research before non-refundable booking."

Pay attention as you arrive because the turnoff can be easy to miss the first time. Although close to highway, location is quiet enough. The garden setting for the hotel is nice. The garden location for breakfast is very attractive. There is a friendly cat. If you want to make a quick getaway in the morning (avoiding Pitsanulok town centre), then the location on the outskirts is great. The room was spacious and there were many options for hooks and attachment points for doing laundry by hand. There's a 7-11 walking distance from the hotel.

Room is not cleaned properly.... so dusty in some places. Musty smell in room... unpleasant. It's REALLY far out of town (I had a car and still found it very inconvenient). Owner has a barking dog.
