Isara Boutique Hotel and Cafe

The photos are not true, the hotel looks different. To enter you squeeze through a narrow flower shop. Tye room itself smells of mold with visible fungus in the bathroom and no window. We were „upgraded” to a better room which was in fact worse than original on photos. Walls and furniture very damaged and worn. Even the room door has so big gap that corridor light shines in. Not recommended.

Very welcoming staff, we got a free upgrade when arriving which we really appreciated. Our reservation included breakfast but we couldn’t get to it as we had to leave at 5am for excursions, and the staff was so kind in preparing us a takeaway breakfast the day before that we could store in the room’s fridge. Great location in old town, second floor of a lovely flower shop.

Amazing location, close to the centre and easy to get around. Friendly staff & welcoming.

The bathroom was quite unclean but we was only there for one night.

Die Lage ist super

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr klein. Das Bad ist nicht sonderlich sauber, vor allem die Duschköpfe waren beide verschimmelt an den Düsen. Sollte es mal stärker regnen, regnet es auch in das Zimmer rein. Bei uns war eine große Wasserlache auf dem Boden.

Della struttura mi è piaciuta solo la posizione.

Abbiamo prenotato questa stanza quasi un anno fa e pochi giorni prima del soggiorno ci è stato proposto un “free upgrade”. Purtroppo è stato tutto fuorché un miglioramento. Appena entrati si percepiva un odore pungente di muffa, ma la situazione è peggiorata quando abbiamo aperto la porta del bagno: muffa evidente, diffusa e visibile ovunque, un ambiente insalubre e totalmente inadatto ad ospitare clienti. La pulizia era decisamente scarsa: lo specchio del bagno ancora sporco di dentifricio degli ospiti precedenti e, spostando una poltroncina, abbiamo trovato resti di cibo sul pavimento. Ho chiesto allo staff di poter cambiare stanza, ma mi è stato risposto che l’hotel era al completo e che non potevano offrirci nessuna soluzione alternativa. Ho provato più volte a contattare l’assistenza clienti Booking, senza ottenere alcuna risposta, nonostante abbia allegato le foto. Siamo stati costretti a dormire con una mascherina FFP2 per cercare di limitare i danni dell’aria irrespirabile nella stanza. Un’esperienza davvero terribile, che mi ha rovinato la vacanza a Phuket. Sinceramente, non mi aspettavo una situazione del genere dopo una prenotazione fatta con così largo anticipo. Assolutamente sconsigliato.
