The property is well-maintained and spacious, with clean rooms and a friendly care taker who is always on site to assist with any issues during the stay. The bedroom has a good air conditioner that keeps it cool and comfortable. The only improvement I would suggest is to install another wireless router so that the internet connection is stronger in the bedroom. Other than that, this is a highly recommended property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Location is near to serenity beach and main road

It's 1bhk apartment, since it was long weekend they have charged 400% more than actual rate. Geyser was not working, the manager simply lied to us like there is no power on first day and in reality it was not working and he say he will get it fix at night 9:30. Charged 5k and geyser not working means pathetic. Rooms are not clean and old house, if you get for 1k and you are adjustable of unhygiene then you can stay. No TV, Taps and bathroom looks 50 year old. Fans make horrible sound. Free breakfast is parcel from some hotel which is not at all good, don't fall to free breakfast trap. I can still keep writing. All in all , if you need very very less budget rooms then u can stay here, but they charged us 5040 for 1 night which is 5 times of actual price. Don't book this for more than 1.5k, it's total worthless.

It's near by to beaches and all shops, we were 8 group of friends. We took the entire penthouse with terrace. We requested for early check in and the hotel management obliged which helped us a lot. Overall a very good place, caretaker was very humble, helpful and always available.
