the staff was very warm and courteous

this is the first time I am writing a detailed bad review- this is absolutely not value for money. 1. location is poor 2. rooms aren’t clean 3. fixtures are old and poorly maintained 4. unclean towels 5. the bed is very uncomfortable overall this property was very disappointing for the money paid and it’s run like a poorly managed hostel

Nothing.

Linen and towel was dirty. Flush wasn't working on second day. poor cleaning. Room wasn't ready till 4 pm despite checkin time was 2 pm. Breakfast is below avg. Not worth the price. Location is far with sounds coming all around.
