Localização excelente, no coração da cidade alta.

Investiu bastante em tudo, exceto no principal: a cama. Queen-size, colchao mole e faz barulho a cada pequeno movimento do corpo. Lamentável

Location was excellent. Messages received ahead of time were clear and helpful.

Paper towels or napkins / wish we had. That's it!

Everything was wonderful. Very good communication with the property and everything we needed in the room was there. The location is right in the middle of Quebec City’s old town and down the street from the Chateau Frontenac. We would not have wanted to be anywhere else. The property let us know how to get there, parking, free laundry facilities, codes, restaurant recommendations, tours, etc which made our arrival and stay super easy. We highly recommend staying here!

There were a few little things that could be improved like not knowing how to use the TV remotes or labeling the shampoo/soap/conditioner in the shower but the property was thankful for our feedback and will improve these minor aspects of the room.

Very comfortable, great location, easy access, clean, location was perfect for walking around Quebec City.

Needed a few extra wash cloths due to the number of people. But the positives easily out numbered this small item.

מיקום נפלא ממש במרכז העניינים, מרחק הליכה קצר ביותר לכל האטרקציות. יחידה מאובזרת מאד. מערכת התאורה מתקדמת. בעלי היחידה היו בקשר כל הזמן לבדוק אם חסר משהו. ההסברים איך להכנס היו ברורים וקלים.

מאחר והיחידה ברחוב מרכזי בו פעילות רבה ומתחת ליחידה מסעדה בה אנשים יושבים בחוץ, שומעים הכל ביחידה עד סביבות השעה 11 בלילה. אם אפשר היה לבודד טוב יותר את החלונות הכל היה פשוט מושלם.

The loft is quite nice & conveniently located if your aim is the upper old town.

The stairway up smells funny and was dirty at points. It was also noisy. The old town was tourist dominated.

Great location inside the old Quebec, close to the top attractions. Comfortable loft and good for a family’s stay.

The main bed mattress was a bit too soft for us.
