très bien situé. permet des visites touristiques à pied. on peut rejoindre quelqu'un si on a un problème dans l'appartement, le loft est très joli en plus d'avoir une cuisine très pratique.

avec la neige et l'hiver il faudrait mettre un tapis à l'entrée dans le loft pour se rendre au garde-robe afin d'éviter de salir et de mouiller le plancher. possibilité d'avoir le choix d'une cafetière à pression pour éviter les capsules.

L’odeur du restaurant plus bas et le bruit des équipements. C’était vivable. On aurait aimé avoir un balai et des papiers mouchoirs.

The stay was great, nice big rooms with lots of space and natural light - our room was located in probably the best location as we were able to choose to go down to lower old Quebec very easily as the hotel is located right near the stairs. Room was very clean and well prepared for a great stay. I was very happy with the room and would recommend to anyone visiting Quebec for the first time.

I’m not sure if it was just me because I can’t find any reviews on it but when I was checking in or accessing the hotel I was a bit confused where to leave our bags. we received an email before arriving at our stay and it had no mention of a place to leave our bags. Especially because there’s no concierge I couldn’t ask anyone where or if there was a place. Again not sure if it was just me but I think it should be included in the email. Other than that I have no complaints
