Castellum Suites - All Inclusive

Очень понравилась работа персонала в ресторане. Первый раз пишу отзыв о персонале ресторана и хочу поблагодарить и поваров, за разнообразие, и официантов за отличную работу. Даже, после того, как в отель въехала большая группа школьников, персонал справлялся отлично. Молодцы.

Не понравился номер. То, что он был описан как представительский это одни слова. Очень неудобная кровать в первой спальне, она одинарная и всё время во время сна ноги свисали. Подушки тоже были очень неудобные и номер такой, что их нельзя было упереть в стену. Шкафа нет, просто вешалка. Крохотный сейф. К тому же я в номере обнаружил жука. Вообщем номер не стоит своих денег однозначно. Вода в отеле нормально не отрегулирована, то есть, когда вы купаетесь резко может пойти горячая вода, а не та, которую вы установили для себя.

Geroje miesto vietoje. Taip pat labai paslaugus ir malonus personalas! Ačiū!

Reikia kambarių atnaujinimo. Dviejų kambarių apartamentai, tai tiesiog pertvara su tuščia ertme viršuje. Gyvenome 4 paras, tėvams nuo vaikų privatumo nėra;) tik dėl dviejų atskirų kambarių ir rinkomės šį viešbutį, bet viešbutis tinka labiau parai-dviems, ne ilgiau. Taip pat maistas galėtų būti platesnio pasirinkimo. Gėrimų kokybė prastoka (gaivūs, karšti, alkoholiniai kokteiliai). Kavą pirkome atskirai, vandenį pirkomės atskirai.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, but a special mention goes to Pauline in the restaurant. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and always had a big smile that truly made our day. Her kindness and positive attitude really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable

While we had a very enjoyable stay overall, there were a few minor issues. Although the hotel has been renovated, some areas, such as the elevators, still look a bit old and could benefit from an update. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but there were a few spots where the walls appeared damp, which affected the overall appearance. We also felt that the pillows were not of the standard expected from a 4-star hotel and could be improved. We also noticed quite a few ants in the room at times. However, whenever we informed reception, the staff responded quickly and came to deal with the issue, which we appreciated.

All the staff were exceptionally efficient, helpful and friendly. I would mention Voula and Polyanna as a credit to the hotel and an indication of excellent management. There was a splendid selection of dishes in the restaurant with vegetarian options. The hotel is a great location for exploring the old town.

Nothing-everything was perfect
